Christopher (he/him) is an independent filmmaker based in the Hudson Valley. With a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of filmmaking, he has honed his skills as a writer, cinematographer, director, composer, and editor, striving to become the best filmmaker possible. His journey gained momentum when he received his first award for Best Film with "A Good Deed" at the Hudson Valley Film Festival. Committed to producing high-quality films, Christopher continually works to achieve his goals and prepare for larger projects. He has been with HUDSY for over 3 years, advancing to the position of lead editor.

Natasha's (she/her) passion for capturing stories was first developed in the classroom at SUNY Albany and during internships for two local papers, covering everything from student escorts to nightclub shootings in Troy. Having created elaborate stories in her head as a child growing up in Westchester County, videography became a clear way to educate and connect with the public emotionally while also providing a platform for those who are voiceless. Prior to Albany and solidifying her video journalism path later in graduate school, Natasha earned her GED and was on her way to pursue a degree in criminal justice at Dutchess Community College. With a camera in hand, she has spent time in South Africa reporting on forgotten freedom fighters of the apartheid era, xenophobia, and community change makers. She now produces meaningful shorts and has joined the ranks with HUDSY to amplify even more voices. If she's not filming, she can be found somewhere in the woods with her dog, Meeko.

Madeline (she/her) was raised in the Hudson Valley by professional artisans, fully immersed in a community of creatives following their dreams. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Purchase College of Design with the “2018 Outstanding Senior Award," she immediately began her career as a graphic designer, working for Scholastic Inc. Madeline disliked the creatively-stifling corporate environment and began working for Artrider Productions, a contemporary fine craft show production company. While constantly inspired by the ever-changing world of digital design, she draws great inspiration from her foundation and passion for the art of cut paper. Madeline loves working for HUDSY; supporting and enriching the creative community she has called home for her entire life.

Caleb (he/they) is a cinematographer and photo artist currently based in New York. His passions lie in curating images that showcase the unique beauty in people of color. He’s inspired by light and the divine energies of blackness, and strives to capture these elements in every image that he takes Caleb graduated from Bard College with a B.A. in Film Production.

Rob (he/him) studied history at Stanford, interned with legendary documentary filmmaker Barbara Kopple, then went on to get a Masters in Journalism at UC Berkeley. After associate producing a PBS Frontline with Lowell Bergman, Rob spent five years as a staff video journalist for the New York Times, where he was part of teams that won two Pulitzers, one Emmy and a Dupont award. The last few years Rob has split his time between teaching, editing, producing and managing digital media teams. Most recently Rob was digital media director at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. Rob teaches video production at SUNY New Paltz's Department of Digital Media & Journalism.

Joey (he/him) is a founding partner of Sundial Pictures. He’s worked on films across a variety of genres, both scripted and documentary, and filled a range of roles from Director, Producer, Cinematographer, and Editor. Titles include This Much We Know, Amazing Grace, Los Ultimos Frikis, This Organic Life, Cuban Food Stories, Emmy nominated Welcome to Leith, Havana Skate Days, The Seventh Fire, Obvious Child, Jiro Dreams of Sushi, Pariah, Jack of the Red Hearts, and Youth In Oregon. Sundial Pictures has premiered films at Sundance, Berlin, SXSW, Tribeca, and Toronto, and partnered with distribution companies such as A24, Magnolia Pictures, Focus Features, Samuel Goldwyn, and Oscilloscope. Joey has produced content with clients such as Univision, Conde Nast, Fusion, Repetto, JD Sports, and DoorDash. When not working in film, he spends his time helping grow the sustainable slow-fashion brand “Dador” in Havana, Cuba.

Christine (she/her) was born and raised in the Hudson Valley where she began her career in the finance industry. Math is where she thrives and numbers are her love language. She has spent over 40 years as a financial professional who started in banking. Throughout her career, her passion for community building grew as she transitioned into the non-profit sector where she served as President for 12+ years. Building off of her expertise in budget management and financial planning, she started consulting in Woodstock and Kingston for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and several non-profits. This is when she started working with Kris Carr, New York Times Best Selling Author & Wellness advocate as well as HUDSY and several other clients. Christine's mission is to help organizations continue to establish themselves while they expand on their objectives to make an impact in the communities that they serve.

David (he/him) co-founded Wild Earth, a nonprofit organization leading nature immersion experiences that cultivate character, confidence, passion, and perseverance in New York’s youth. For nearly twenty years, he led this innovative organization from its humble beginnings serving a few dozen local children to one that now serves close to 4,000 youth, teens and adults each year at summer camps, year-round, and school-based programs. Today, Wild Earth leads programs in the Mid-Hudson Valley almost every day of the year, and employs more than 20 full-time and 60 part-time and seasonal staff. With a solid financial foundation, a 135-acre homeland at Rock Haven, a shared structure of organizational leadership, and a vibrant scope of empowering programs serving an inclusive and expanding community, he courageously stepped back as Executive Director in 2023 to fully empower the next generation of capable leaders and prioritize Wild Earth’s legacy for the future.

Tara (she/her) born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Tara is thrilled and thankful to be part of the HUDSY team. Being the change she wishes to see in the world, and having lived overseas, Tara believes in the transformative experience of community, connection, and collaboration. She is a longtime trauma-informed yoga teacher & educator, and teaches, consults, and presents throughout the Hudson Valley for schools, nonprofit organizations, and County agencies, and is the co-chair of Integrated Ulster’s Trauma-Informed Care Collaborative. As an LLC business owner and former nonprofit community outreach and public relations director, Tara is excited to return to her creative arts roots with HUDSY, and looks forward to sharing our initiatives with our ever-growing community.

Lex Catania (he/they) is a neurodivergent, trans, astrology nerd and compulsive crafter. He is constantly unearthing and untangling shame, generational trauma, and socialization into whiteness and patriarchy. He’s motivated by the deep transformation that storytelling can offer. Both the healing that comes from the power to share our own stories and be seen, as well as the healing that comes from seeing ourselves in other peoples stories, dissolving the walls of disconnection that our projections build around us. They aim to use video to accomplish this very thing, while also diy-ing trans centered clothing, building community, growing herbs, and being a menace.

Gabrielle (she/her) is filmmaker and artist based in the Hudson Valley with a B.A. in Digital and Interactive Media Arts. She has produced, directed, and edited multiple short films, including Celebrating a Century which has been screened in both the U.S. and Lebanon, and has received a Student Production Award in 2022 for Best Commercial from the Boston/New England chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. She loves to work with cameras, collaborate with other creatives, tell stories - and hopefully - direct feature films in the future.

Jesus (he/him) currently works as a freelance videographer and production assistant. My experience includes working with Hudsy as a camera operator and production assistant, which I have been doing since 2020. In 2022 I worked on a documentary titled Micheal Flynn's Holy War for PBS Frontline as a camera operator and production assistant. Recently I have been working with Fluence shooting their studio content.
