Vera (she/her) is a grant writer and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations thrive. Originally an aspiring historian, she discovered her love for nonprofit grant writing in 2014. Since then, she has specialized in partnering with visionary, emerging nonprofit like HUDSY, collectively helping them raise millions of dollars for their impactful programming by better communicating what makes them unique to funders and stakeholders. She founded a small fundraising agency called Ursa Minor Fundraising in 2021.
