Are you a Hudson Valley filmmaker early in your career and ready to take it to the next level? HUDSY is seeking passionate documentary storytellers for our 2026 Filmmaker Apprentice Program, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on video production training in documentary film while building your professional network and receiving film industry mentorship.
As part of our Filmmaker Apprentice Program, we are offering the gift of film to a small set of people, organizations or projects doing impactful work in our region. We are looking for unique and compelling humanistic stories and community events to create short documentary films or event recap videos about.
As a Hudson Valley video production nonprofit, your support helps us make films that tell the story of our region, offer programs that nurture local talent, build community relationships, and create positive impact across the Hudson Valley, all while gaining exposure through HUDSY’s engaged and loyal audience.
