With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Rhonda is a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in strategy and branded content. During the first part of her career, she focused primarily on the entertainment vertical, working for agencies such as Deep Focus, Barbarian Group, and Time Inc. Digital on campaigns for clients including MGM, Sony Pictures, and 20th Century Fox.

In 2017, Rhonda joined Incubeta, a global digital marketing agency and top Google partner, to lead its marketing and content creation efforts before being stepping into the role of Senior Director of Creative Strategy in 2020. Now working as a consultant, she continues to drive content strategies for brands and advertisers across digital and social marketing channels.

Passionate about compelling storytelling, Rhonda founded EMBLEMATIC, an agency specializing in independent film marketing, development, and social impact, helping filmmakers reach audiences with their films. She also serves on the advisory council for HUDSY, supporting its mission and the filmmakers it serves. Additionally, she is a member of Sundance Collab and the Gotham Film & Media Institute.
