Sophie is a chef and filmmaker dedicated to transcending borders through her work. A storyteller at heart, she is passionate about food and culture. She is currently directing a docuseries about immigrant-run restaurants in the Hudson Valley, the first episode of which highlights a Palestinian chef in Beacon, NY. When she’s not working in the kitchen at The Wild, you can find her catching up on freelance editing, taking pictures of food, or planning her next trip abroad.
